Susan Storts joined Alexander Hughes in 2019 bringing her broad experience in both executive search and corporate talent acquisition across a variety of industries, to include: Consumer Goods Consumer Packaged Goods, High Tech/Industrial and Marketing Services, Healthcare, Professional Services and Automotive. Susan has been a trusted partner for many Fortune 500 companies in the delivery of value-add human capital solutions for over 20 years. Susan began her search career with a NYC-based global retained boutique firm in a research and database management role; quickly transitioning into search execution. As a Search Consultant, she was a key member of the organization responsible for new business development, revenue generation and client management. Susan has worked with Fortune 500 organizations as well as PE owned and private companies as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner. Well-regarded for her business acumen, exceptional execution skills, integrity, and attention to cultural fit, Susan provides the highest level of service and commitment to the success of each search. Prior to her search experience, Susan’s started her career in the hospitality industry holding various management positions with the Holiday Inn Corporation and as co-owner of the family retail business. In addition, she managed talent acquisition teams for a global automotive manufacturer during a time of extensive organizational change. There she collaborated with the internal global corporate HR team to led the development of strategic human capital programs and initiatives in the areas of employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, affinity affiliations, and employer branding.
