Evan appoints senior executives within state government, local government, higher education and the management consulting sectors with a strong focus on project and program delivery professionals. He has built up a strong knowledge of the Victorian public service, leading search assignments from Directors and Executive Directors level through to Deputy Secretary level.

Evan is a senior search professional with in excess of 20 years’ experience, including working within Australia and the United States. He has also undertaken a number of senior search assignments within China and Asia.

Throughout his career, Evan has worked both in-house with the engineering/project delivery firms of Fluor and Barclay Mowlem (now Laing O’Rourke), as well as for a number of specialist executive search firms.

Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from La Trobe University and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations from Queensland University of Technology.
