I am a provider of senior and specialist interim management resource to the social housing sector. I have over 18 years experience of recruiting and consulting for a variety of not-for-profit and public sector organisations. The challenges facing the UK housing sector have never been greater. Against a backdrop of major social, economic and environmental change the sector is facing reduced grant funding from the government, changing customer expectations, welfare reform, increased focus on asset compliance, and the need to commercialise operations. My aim is to help housing providers respond to the considerable challenges posed by the housing crisis, manage changes effectively, and improve essential front-line services by providing high-calibre interim managers and subject matter experts.
