Jan Grossmann is a Client Partner and the Head of Consumer & Retail Practice, Germany at Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Grossmann brings a wealth of expertise to the firm, with more than three decades of substantial management and leadership experience in the Executive Search, FMCG, Retail and Media industries, and numerous completed cross-border assignments in Executive Search, Executive Assessment and Board Services. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Grossmann was a Senior Partner with a leading global Executive Search firm, where he led and executed General Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Operations search mandates. Before transitioning to Executive Search, he held several commercial, sales and marketing leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Tchibo, PepsiCo, and Bertelsmann. Mr. Grossmann has a deep understanding of strategy and business model design and implementation and has been instrumental in developing and executing key growth sales strategies, drawing up the tactics and action plans required to achieve established financial and organisational targets. Mr. Grossmann holds a Business Administration and Economics degree and apart from his native German, is fluent in English.
