I try to lead with purpose, focusing on both success and significance. That means using my time and talent to make a real difference in people's lives. Acertitude serves the c-level and senior executive search market with a fundamentally different approach, aligning search practices to our clients’ business goals and tying consultant compensation to client satisfaction. The creation of Acertitude expands on my 20-year role as the founder and CEO of O’Neill Consulting Group (OCG), an executive search partner to world-class organizations in the fast-paced and specialized Consumer, Private Equity, Industrial & Manufacturing, and Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors. With the launch of Acertitude, O’Neill Consulting Group will focus on mid-management through Vice President-level engagements. Working in partnership with our newly formed enterprise, the Acertitude family of companies will now serve our clients’ human capital needs across a wider array of industry practices, offering tailored services to meet the specialized needs of mid-management and top-level search engagements. Our firm’s shared values are putting the clients’ experience at the center of our work, creating measurable long-term value for organizations, and ensuring the positive treatment of candidates. On a personal level, I am the married father of four teenage children and have been honored to serve on a number of not-for-profit boards. I have competed in three “Half-Ironman” triathlons and am passionate about boating, fishing, and skiing.
