Tim plays an active role with the firm’s global client relationships and industry bodies. Tim has advised chairman, chief executives, boards, executive committees and human resources directors on their senior human capital needs, working with a diverse range of organisations across all regions of the world. He has been a professional services advisor and business leader for the past 30 years and currently serves as Executive Chairman of Sheffield Haworth Group. He founded the business in 1993 and is responsible for overseeing the leadership and strategic development of the group. Tim moved into executive search in 1989 following a career on the Sydney, Chicago and London exchanges, trading exchange-traded derivatives. He studied Business and Finance at Anglia University. He is a UK and European committee member of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants, a board trustee of Spinal Muscular Atrophy UK, a national charity, and participates in supporting disabled sports bodies and investing in the disability sector.
