Pauline comes from a training in General Management of Business Units where she develops her commercial dimension during 2 years which she realizes in alternation within an SME. Driven by human relations, Pauline chose to specialize in Human Resources. This is how she resumed a year of master's in HRM at IAE Lille on a work-study program at Auchan Retail France within the Skills Development and Career Management division. With these 3 years of experience, she chose to embark on the Keyman Lille adventure as Executive Search Specialist in December 2020. Originally from the Côte d'Opale, Pauline has become a true Lilloise for nearly 8 years. Athlete, seamstress and amateur cook in her spare time, Pauline also likes to travel and share moments with friends and family.
