Tom joined MRA Search in 2018 and is a Senior Consultant in the Partner team, specialising in recruiting partners and teams for elite US law firms in London across a range of transactional practice areas. He is also a shareholder at MRA as of 2021 and began his legal recruitment career in 2015 at SSQ. He studied as an undergraduate at the University of Leeds before obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP, London.
