Aldo began his career in 1973 at Alitalia, where he held increasingly senior roles, managing the selection processes for pilots, crew, and high-potential talent. Since 1991, he has been involved in Executive Search, working extensively on Executive Assessment, Managerial Training, and Executive Coaching. Aldo holds a degree in Labor Psychology and a Master’s in Gestalt Psychotherapy. With over 30 years of professional experience, he is an Executive Partner at AGILIUM WORLDWIDE ITALY, focusing primarily on Executive Appraisal, a role he has held since the firm’s foundation.
