Fredrik Jore is a partner and responsible for BackerSkeie's commitment in sustainability and ESG across industries. In addition, he assists clients in the consumer & retail sector, as well as telecom/IT. Fredrik has 10 years of experience in Executive Search and recruitment. He started his career as a researcher and spent his first five years in two international Executive Search firms. The last years he’s been a partner and has contributed to develop a Oslo based search firm. He’s often helped clients with recruiting executives with new competence necessary to do major changes. He’s done a lot of assignments for medium sized and large corporations, and private equity owned companies, where he’s been recruiting a wide range of executives with P&L responsibility and strategic specialist functions. Fredrik has a Bsc in marketing and a Msc in organizational psychology and leadership from BI Business School.
