A Registered Psychologist, Justine has extensive experience in the recruitment, selection, assessment and training fields. She is trained as a Facilitator and delivers a broad range of workshops focusing on leadership development and customer service. Her skills in the interpretation of psychometric assessments, including SHL and Hogans tools, ensures that both candidates and clients gain strong insight from psychometric data.
