Jessica Cushman focuses on executive appointments for Ridgeway’s asset and wealth management and technology practices. She has successfully recruited executives across a variety of business functions including chief marketing officers, chief operating officers, chief investment officers, and chief distribution officers. Jessica has also executed searches for institutional sales professionals, consultant relations officers, portfolio managers, and research analysts. Her clients include traditional investment managers, wealth managers, private equity-backed portfolio companies, and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Ridgeway Partners, Jessica worked in broadcast journalism. Most recently, she was a sports anchor and reporter for the CBS affiliate in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jessica graduated from Northeastern University with a BA in Communication Studies. She serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Arts After Hours, a non-profit theater group based on the North Shore of Boston.
