After studying sports science and sports economics, Andreas Herzog began his career as a business consultant at a sports purchasing association in Mainhausen. He then moved to one of the leading outdoor brands in Idstein, where he deepened his specialist knowledge in the franchise and retail sector and quickly took over the management of operational retail. Another milestone was his appointment as Retail Director at one of the leading fashion labels in Düsseldorf. Under his leadership, the business grew by double digits every year. Back in the sports industry, he took over sales management at Germany's largest sports retailer. His expertise is rounded off by certification in the field of personnel diagnostics and as a certified consultant for medium-sized companies.
