Damaris Kagwiria is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners based in Nairobi, Kenya. Ms. Kagwiria leverages almost a decade of Human Capital Management experience and an understanding of the challenges that companies face in attracting outstanding leadership talent and thus building impactful leadership teams in Africa and abroad.
