For over six years, Matt has built his career as a Technical Recruiter supporting high-growth startups. Prior to joining Chasm, Matt worked directly with high-growth startups, helping them scale teams and implement internal workflow processes. Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness with minors in Business and Nutrition. Outside of work, Matt enjoys biking, golfing, and snowboarding.
