Based in the Northern VA/DC area, Kira is a Managing Director in the Industrial and Technology industries. With over 12 years of experience in executive search, Kira has partnered with public companies, private equity backed portfolio companies and venture-backed start-up companies. Leveraging her years of experience as a management consultant, retained recruiter and internal executive recruiter she has successfully placed executives in functions ranging from finance and operations to product, data, engineering and technology. Kira’s impressive portfolio of clients is represented by globally renowned enterprise clients in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, SaaS, hardware, and emerging technologies. Tracy has also been instrumental in scaling search operations for several search firms during her career, opening multiple offices across the Americas. Before joining DSG she was a senior partner at True Search focused on the Frontier Tech industry and recruiting Product, Data and Technology leaders. Prior to her time at True she spent just shy of six years at Oracle. Her first four years she partnered with leaders in engineering, sales, finance, and operations to consult and recruit on their global executive talent needs; she spent her last year leading the global Accenture alliance for all of Oracle technology. Previous to Oracle, Kira was a partner with Korn Ferry International where she focused on recruiting executives in consulting, operations, and finance functions for private equity-backed tech companies as well as public aerospace and defense companies.
