Andrew focuses on CxO and VP level searches in product, data, and engineering for venture capital and private equity-backed businesses. His industry expertise includes consumer internet, e-commerce, SaaS, retail, digital media and advertising.

Prior to True, Andrew spent nearly a decade in New York working at U.S. and international executive search boutiques focused on venture capital and private equity-backed clients.

Andrew completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Saint Michael's College in Vermont and spent time in China learning Mandarin and studying economics.
