Fien is a Senior Consultant in People & Change. She enthusiastically studied Psychology (with a minor in Labour and Organisational Psychology) and then completed a Master's in Leadership & Change Management. After her studies, Fien worked at Accenture for three years. She started there as a consultant, took on the HR Business Partner role, and completed a coaching course during the same period. An empathetic, creative and decisive professional, Fien is passionate about creating an organisational culture where people connect with each other and the organisation itself.Fien likes to sing, cook, and play hockey in her free time. She also enjoys going to performances and concerts with friends and family.
