I am passionate about enabling individuals and organisations realise their strengths and ambitions and believe most hold the key to their success already – “it’s just that they need the right relevant support to use existing and/or new resources and identify the most effective pathway to make it happen and make a difference!” My background includes leading executive search and human resources consultancies with a primary focus on recruitment, retention, organisational design, benchmarking and development of key talent. I have extensive experience across different cultures and industries and since 2011 I have increased my active involvement with charities and foundations focusing on recruitment, strategic planning and acting as a Critical Friend.
