Sean has developed excellent relationships in the Professional Liability, Property and Casualty space filling multiple positions at all levels over the last 25 years. Additionally, he has helped with MGA startups, as well as placing candidates in that niche. Prior to co-founding Penfield Search Partners in 2012, Sean spent 15 years at a boutique recruitment agency, successfully building a robust network of insurance professionals.
