Marco graduated in Political Science at the Catholic University of Milan, and his career started in RSM Consulting. The experience gained was positive and he decided to deepen his knowledge and skills in the field successfully achieving the Masters in Organization and Personnel at the L. Bocconi University in Milan.

Subsequently he began to consolidate his experience at Rottapharm | Madaus (multinational in the Pharmaceutical sector) within the Human Resources Department, where within 2 years he had improved issues related to Recruiting, Training and in particular to Organizational Development.

After 3 years with Friisberg he has gained a solid experience as Head hunter and as a Consultant in organizational subjects and HR in general. In particular, among the different activities led by him, he has developed an innovative recruitment process that involves the identification of “brain drain” and the repatriation of executives.
