Biography
Nicolas began his career in the recruitment sector at Michael Page International, where he was a key reference for Human Resources professions.
His approach, focused on monitoring and advice, has transformed many candidates into loyal clients, demonstrating mutual trust. Within the group, Nicolas played a key role in developing and structuring the HR and Legal Transition Management teams. He also led the legal teams in 2015 and created the Legal team in 2016. He also distinguished himself by expanding his responsibilities with the takeover of Assessment activities, thus enriching the service offering with assessment and talent support solutions. Finally, he participated in the creation of a consulting offer aimed at meeting clients' needs in organizational auditing, training, and coaching.
After devoting a year and a half to a project focused on environmental issues, Nicolas returns with a renewed vision and strengthened convictions. He will lead the creation of a new entity dedicated to Transition Management, covering all areas of the company. He is convinced that responsible leadership is essential to retention strategies and plays a central role in addressing social responsibility issues for the future.
Nicolas holds a DEA in Media and Multimedia Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2005 and an MBA from IAE Paris in 2006.
