As a Partner in the SRI Global Consulting practice, I work with SRI’s Partners and expert Affiliate network to manage consulting solutions for clients across SRI’s specialist sectors of Sport, Media & Entertainment, Technology and Fashion & Sporting Goods. Over the last 10 years I have led consulting projects with a broad range of clients including market entry, succession planning, salary benchmarking, talent mapping, and outplacement. In particular I work with the elite performance sector and have developed strong networks across Olympic organisations, global rights holders and Govenring Bodies including FIFA, IOC, UFC, Sport England and the Paralympic community. Having worked and studied in the sport sector for 20 years I have deep expertise in working with Governance environments on the appointment of non-executive advisors in line with the Code for Sports Governance,, including the Activity Alliance, Women in Sport and UK Coaching. Prior to SRI, I worked in programme management for both Sport Scotland / Sport England and also led the Project Management of Consulting Teams on behalf of a global Health Consultancy.
