Andrew is founding Director of Gillespie Manners. He sits on our board of Directors and heads our leadership team.

From an executive search perspective Andrew has successfully completed assignments up to and including CEO level and throughout the C level for clients in the technology industry, in particular the Supply Chain and Retail technology markets. Andrew has delivered executive search projects for clients all over the world, working with some of the world’s largest organisations and some of the world’s most innovative and dynamic software organisations.
