Biography
Grace joined Isaacson, Miller in January 2016 following an early career in fundraising and non-profit advocacy work, with a focus on health equity. As a managing associate, she specializes in advancement/philanthropy and other external affairs searches across the civic sector. Grace has recruited senior advancement leaders for clients such as Dana-Farber Cancer Institute; Washington University in St. Louis; the University of California, Berkeley; and numerous nationally ranked small liberal arts colleges, including her alma mater, Kenyon College. In addition, Grace has helped recruit c-suite leaders across academic medicine, government and community affairs, and operations for a variety of institutions. Grace brings broad advancement knowledge to her work with clients and most recently specialized in major gifts and high-level volunteer management at Massachusetts General Hospital. She began her career in fundraising at Maternity Care Coalition, an organization combatting maternal and child health disparities in her hometown of Philadelphia. Outside of recruiting, Grace serves on the board of directors of the Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund of Massachusetts and the John Winthrop School for Young Children.
