Before joining EXEC, she worked in companies in the healthcare and education sectors, focusing on Organizational Human Development (DHO) and Talent Acquisition. Currently, as a Consultant at EXEC, she leads Top Management selection processes for companies in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceutical, and various Industrial sectors. Additionally, she has extensive experience in market mapping, talent identification, and attraction for various countries in Latin America and North America.
