I joined YER as a new entrant, and advanced to become a recruitment consultant in two years. In general, I specialize in technical entry-level positions in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering and aircraft engineering. Others know me as a result-oriented, social, helpful, dynamic and goal-oriented busy bee, among other qualities. Given my sincere interest in people, I obviously love talking with candidates and clients. Listening carefully to their needs and then really responding to them is my passion, because building a good relationship is an important precondition to finding good matches. Speaking to professionals who would never have ended up where they are today without the intervention of YER really energizes me. When I hear that someone in such a position is delighted with what we’ve done, it gives me an impetus to make more people feel the same way.
