Ladislas Sütterlin holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Strategy from Paris-Dauphine University, which he supplemented with a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovative Projects. He began his career in B2B business development for a start-up in the inter-company daycare sector. He seized an opportunity as deputy manager of a Carrefour City supermarket. He then managed a team of 10 people for 3 years. Wishing to return to B2B development, he joined a consulting firm in 2019 where he worked as a business manager. Building on this experience, he joined a Parisian headhunting firm in 2021 as part of the Financial Services & Support and Engineering Professions team. Since 2024, he has been a consultant at Aperlead Executive Search, where he is developing the Finance and Industry & Supply practices. Ladislas loves history, painting, literature, and music.
