Prior to joining EBP, Ivan has grown businesses from scratch, initially for a regional business acquired by John Lewis Partnerships, and then went on to co-found his own construction company. Prior to that, Ivan was a senior military intelligence officer, specialising in covert human intelligence operations. Having deployed globally in this role over a number of years, Ivan has developed a deep understanding of people and their motivations, thus enabling him to identify the best fit for our clients. His ability to develop long-term business relationships combined with a unique background makes him ideally suited to C-Suite search. Ivan is a graduate of Cambridge and London Universities where he studied Computer Science and Aeronautical Engineering respectively. Ivan is married with three children and enjoys playing squash and running in his spare time.
