Barbara Nixon is a Founding Partner of Promeus and has over 19 years’ experience leading many senior executive searches for public and non-profit community and institutional organizations and associations, in Canada and internationally. Prior to Promeus, Barbara was a Vice President with the executive search practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a Partner with Barklay Resources, and the Canadian Director for Hospital Corporation of America, an international hospital management company. She has led these consulting practices with a particular emphasis in the health, government and non-profit sectors. Barbara has a broad range of project facilitation expertise developed through consulting projects such as executive search, leadership development, strategic planning, organizational reviews, board development, and cultural assessments. Barbara has a health professional and consulting background and a CMC designation.
