Leah Dillon is an associate in the Haddonfield office and sits in the Go-to-Market practice. Prior to joining True, Leah worked in private wealth at Merrill and had a short stint at an edtech startup. At Merrill, she managed a book of clients for her team while mentoring new branch hires and co-chairing the diversity and inclusion council.

Leah earned her bachelor and master degree's in psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans. In her free time, Leah loves volunteering at Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge in the wildlife hospital, avidly hiking and exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her husband, dog, and two cats.
