Ela serves as a strategic advisory consultant for The ExeQfind Group’s domestic and multinational clients operating within North America. She leverages prior executive leadership experience in finance, HR and supply chain with Samsonite, Brightstar and Visa in her consulting capacity with ExeQfind.

She is a Certified Charter Accountant & Advisor and is Board Member certified by the Women in Board Membership Association of Turkey. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Middle East Technical University in Istanbul, Turkey.

Ela is a native of Turkey and has dual citizenship in both the US and Turkey. She resides with her husband and family in Alpharetta, Georgia.
