Mason is responsible for the research and recruitment of candidates across several industries. Mason joins ON Partners from The Lovett School where she was the Associate Director of Admission + Social Media Manager. Prior to that, she was the Assistant Dean of Admission at Oldfields School in Maryland. She earned a BSc, Psychology with a Communications Minor from Davidson College where she also played D1 volleyball. Additionally, she holds a MSc, Development Psychopathology from Durham University. Mason currently resides in Atlanta with her husband Casey and their dog Rabun.
