Beth joined JBM in 2011 and brought with her over 11 years of experience in HR staffing and professional sourcing. Prior to joining JBM, Beth worked in Human Resources at Heller Financial, Nestlé USA, and the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, specializing in recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relations. She earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from DePaul University.

Beth has a passion for her clients and gets to know her candidates well, resulting in quality hires. She loves tracking down top-quality candidates whose mission and values mirror those of her clients.
