Rossana Buelna, a Mexican-Spanish national, has spent more than 20 years as a headhunting and management development consultant at firms such as Hays Executive. Before joining Recarte & Fontenla Executive Search, she worked for three years as a Banking and Insurance Consultant at Randstad Professionals. In addition to finance, she is also an expert in engineering, consumer goods, and health sciences. She holds a degree in Business Administration from UPAEP University in Mexico. She is fluent in English.
