Caitlin is a principal at True and member of both the Healthcare and Finance practices. Caitlin comes to True with experience managing partnerships and client relationships across a variety of industries. She worked with a number of professional sports organizations, as well as a professional matchmaking startup prior to launching a career in search. Caitlin is from the Pittsburgh area and spent eight years living in Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University. Caitlin spends her free time with her husband and her two dogs, Kona and Summer, traveling, and catching her favorite sports teams (the Steelers, Penguins, and FSU Seminoles).
