Tim works across the firm’s platform, recruiting C-level executives for technology, technology-enabled services and professional services clients. Prior to joining Lantern Partners, he was a principal with Polachi, a Boston-based retained executive search firm where he provided recruiting services to software, internet, cleantech and other technology clients, both private and public. Earlier in his career Tim worked for a design/build engineering firm that focused on demand-side management for industrial and commercial customers. He helped open their Chicago office and establish the company’s presence in the Midwest. The company was acquired in 2011. Tim graduated from Bucknell University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and was a member of the track and field team. Tim and his wife live along the North Branch of the Chicago River. He is close enough to the Loop to walk to work or, on a nice day, hop on a water taxi. He enjoys dedicating his time to the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund, which provides four-year high school scholarships and educational support to economically disadvantaged Chicago 8th grade students who demonstrate outstanding academic potential, leadership skills and strong character. Tim enjoys golf, paddle and fly fishing – all three of which could use more practice. Originally from Massachusetts, Tim is a lifelong, unapologetic Boston sports fan.
