David founded DAVRON in 1997, signing the lease for its first office on August 1st. In 2004, David expanded his staffing expertise to the engineering industry, focusing primarily in civil. Wanting to expand his specialty and avoid putting all his eggs in one basket, he sought out similar industries. Fast forward over 20 years later, and David has accomplished his goal of building a successful, specialized matchmaking/staffing firm for the architectural, engineering, construction, and manufacturing industries. He is now responsible for a team of headhunters and feels more positive about the company’s future now more than ever. David’s goals include continuing DAVRON’s growth, contributing to society in a positive way, and helping those who are less fortunate. He fell in love with recruiting through his love for helping people and encourages his team to engage in local charities each quarter. When David isn’t in the office he enjoys working out, cooking, making green juices, reading, exploring theology, and spending time with his daughter. He has a hidden talent of teaching others fishing and if he could take a dream vacation it would be somewhere in nature, preferably the forest.
