Ryan heads up our Electronics and Technology division for the APAC region. Based in our Sydney office, Ryan’s recruitment specialisms include electronic components, cybersecurity, data centre products, and cabling / structured cabling. He has been delivering executive recruitment solutions into these areas since 2011, placing exceptional permanent candidates into commercial and executive level roles. The scope of Ryan’s roles is varied, working with mid to senior level professionals in a number of discipline areas, which include Managing Directors, Sales Directors, Security Consultants, Sales Managers, Field Application Engineers. BDM’s and Product Managers. Ryan joined CSG in 2011, initially working from our Leeds headquarters before being offered the opportunity to develop his desk for the newly opened Sydney office. Since his move, Ryan has quickly risen up the ranks, achieving numerous promotions before being appointed to head up the Electronics and Technology remit in January 2018. Ryan is responsible for a team of three, working closely together to provide full end-to-end recruitment solutions for global clients. Ryan has played an integral role in developing his team’s industry specialisms, identifying key growth areas and proactively engaging with candidates and clients to provide support in them. When he first moved to Australia, CSG were establishing a presence in the APAC market, leaving Ryan and the initial team to develop their markets from scratch. Fast forward several years, the office now has more than 30 consultants working across seven distinct sectors.
