Jeff Shapiro is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. Over a 25-year career in executive search, Jeff has placed Board Director, C-level and VP-level executives for clients across the US, Europe and the Middle East. For the past fifteen years, he has focused on partnering with early and mid-stage VC and PE-backed companies, working with a number of top-tier funds focused in global Hi-Tech and Life Sciences investing. He has a particular specialty in software, digital health and medical device companies. Before joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Jeff was a co-founder and Partner with Everest Search Partners, a global boutique executive search focused on recruiting senior leadership for technology and life sciences organizations. Prior to Everest Search Partners Jeff served as a Director with CTPartners for more than nine years. He spent his early career with Korn/Ferry International and Egon Zehnder where he was responsible for executing retained executive search assignments across diverse industries and markets. Jeff received his Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Yeshiva University. Jeff splits his time between New York and Tel Aviv.
