Michele Celada is a key member of the Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources Sectors, leading efforts in Italy. His advisory work covers the entire value chain, from raw materials to processing/manufacturing and servicing. Michele also works closely with a range of functional practices, including CEOs, COOs and CFOs. With more than 15 years of consulting experience, he provides deep business understanding and market insights as a trusted client advisor to both regional and international clients, private and public companies, private equity firms and family businesses. Michele’s advisory work also includes executive assessment and succession, executive search, diversity and inclusion, and leadership transformation. He is based in Milan. Michele joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Bain & Company, where he was a Principal, working primarily with industrial and consumer goods, construction and agricultural clients. Over the course of more than 11 years with the firm, he was responsible for leading complex strategy projects for clients ranging in both size and geography. He also worked as a product manager for Candy Domestic Appliances and as Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michele holds a degree in economics from the University of Pavia and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, both in Italy. He speaks fluent Italian, English and French.
