Jan Kovar is Managing Partner specialises in senior assignments in a broad range of sectors including Automotive, Financial Services, and Consumer. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he lead another search firm in Prague. Before entering the executive search business his career included top managerial positions, including CEO position, in firms such as Kraft Foods, Cokoládovny/COPART (Danone, Nestle), Levi Strauss and SCA. Jan has a degree in International Trade from the University of Economics in Prague, additional qualifications include a MBA from Sheffield Hallam University.
