Her professional path led her from commercial roles to leadership positions at DSM, where she managed a large R&D department. In this role, she combined technical knowledge with human interaction, bridging the gap between people and technology. Her move to the recruitment sector is a logical next step in her career. As Managing Director at Balance Consultancy Group in Curacao, she played a key role in connecting professionals with new career opportunities.
