I began my recruitment career in 2007 originally starting as a researcher in an executive search firm covering Financial Services, Retail, and Finance roles in Shanghai. After three years with my first employer, I moved to an international recruitment firm and since then I have focused on recruiting for Financial Services and Commodity industries. In 2011, I moved to Singapore to continue my career in Banking and Commodity recruitment.
