Jonas Augustson leads the Swedish practice for Russell Reynolds Associates, where he focuses on search and assessment assignments for industrial, high-tech and communications companies. Based in Stockholm, Jonas also advises consumer durables and industrial businesses on how to recruit technologists to lead transformation efforts. He has completed searches for several board, CEO, COO, CCO and technology-related roles for both private and public companies, with considerable experience advising clients on senior-level appointments. Earlier in his career, Jonas worked for the Swedish Trade Council, where he served on its Executive Committee and was Country Manager for Germany and later Vice President for the Central Europe and Asia regions. He began his career with Accenture.
