Stephanie Scanlan joined ZRG in 2022 as a Principal and member of the Industrial and Private Equity practices. Although the majority of Stephanie’s experience has been in the Finance and Accounting areas, she has also completed multiple executive level searches in the Human Resources and Operations functions. She has partnered with executive management teams to recruit CFO, CAO, VP/Corporate Controller, VP of Finance, VP of Global HR, VP of Operations, and VP of Marketing & Business Development positions. Stephanie has over 20 years of executive and retained search experience, focused on building world-class management teams by recruiting transformational senior leaders. She has consistently been a high-volume producer and won several executive and retained search awards. Prior to joining ZRG, she was the CEO & Managing Partner of an executive search boutique firm based in Houston, Texas. Stephanie’s industry expertise includes Energy, Oilfield Services, Engineering & Construction, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, and Industrial Service placements. She enjoys collaborating with experienced and talented professionals across various departments. Stephanie’s consultative approach has helped organizations address the challenges of finding high-caliber senior and c-suite professionals from public, private equity-backed, venture capital, family-owned, and start-up companies. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she graduated summa cum laude. Stephanie enjoys being active and rooting for her professional Houston sports teams. She loves beach volleyball and use to play competitive beach doubles when she lived in Southern California.
