Thanks to the synergy between his deep knowledge of organizational and team dynamics plus his human potentiality diagnostic ability, Matteo is effectively supporting Executive and Managers Search and Selection processes. With the same passion and expertise, he is supporting both mid-tier international companies and subsidiaries of Multinational ones in designing and managing Organizational Development and Strategy Deployment projects. In these cases, he is particularly effective in engaging people at all levels as an Internal Communication and Adult Education Expert, Business Coach and Team Coach.

During the first years of his career, after a Master’s Degree in Working & Organizational Psychology, he began to collaborate with several Consulting firms and Research & Selection Agencies and developed a deep mastery in the Assessment Centre methodology and in using a wide range of tools aimed to assess individuals aptitudes and personality.

Afterwards he took a Master level Certification in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), then a General Management Master at SDA Bocconi and other certification in Leadership training and Business Coaching, gaining a broad and deep expertise in designing and delivering several blended learning experiences and training paths for leading Italian and international Companies in Energy, Automotive, Bio-Pharmaceutical and Large-scale Retail Trade and Specialized Retail sectors.

After being HR Manager for the NSC of a Premium German Car-maker, he became an entrepreneur in the Organizational Consulting and People Development sector and latterly Executive Search since joining Friisberg & Partners International in 2023.
