Dominik Sonnberger has been looking after the markets in Austria and the CEE region for LAB since 2014. Before that, he was managing director of a renowned international personnel consultancy for many years.

Before entering the executive search market in 2006, the native of Upper Austria was responsible for reorganization and process development as part of a takeover by a private equity fund in a medium-sized industrial company.

In recent years, Dominik Sonnberger has focused his consulting work on filling executives in the retail and industry sectors. In addition, with over 10 years of consulting experience in CEE and SEE, he is a sought-after partner in international projects and supports Western European corporations and family businesses in their expansion into new markets. His extensive knowledge of the cultural and economic conditions in these countries ensure that candidates are selected and that projects are successful. His experience in management appraisals and assessments makes Dominik Sonnberger a sought-after partner in matters of succession planning and in the context of mergers and public tenders. Dominik Sonnberger studied economics in Austria, the Czech Republic and Thailand and worked for several years as a lecturer in universities and adult education.
