Cynthia brings over 25 years of executive search, talent acquisition and operational human resources experience to True Search. Her expertise is in conducting chief legal officer and chief people officer searches for high-growth, PE-backed, pre-IPO and publicly traded companies.

Cynthia spent 10 plus years at Heidrick & Struggles where she most recently served as director, human resources. Prior to that position, she was a member of their legal, compliance & government affairs practice working across all industries conducting general counsel and other senior-level legal searches. Cynthia first gained experience in executive search at Major, Lindsey & Africa, and Russell Reynolds Associates where her focus was on recruiting general counsel and other senior level legal and compliance executives
to private and public companies.

Cynthia began her recruiting career in Los Angeles at two well-regarded law firms and later with Arthur Andersen. She also worked at Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston as manager, attorney employment.

Cynthia received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University.
