Ammar is a Consultant at Mondrian Alpha, focusing on the development of the firm’s HR search practice. Specialising in sourcing top-tier human capital, he supports the build-out, restructuring, and growth of human capital management teams across the buy-side. Managing mandates at all levels, he runs searches for a broad spectrum of HR roles. From senior leadership positions, including CPOs and HR Operations leads, to specialised roles such as Rewards specialists or HR Systems Analysts. Ammar also contributes to the firm’s compensation surveys, providing research and insights into the evolving structures and function of HR teams within the hedge fund industry. Ammar graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international development and economics from King’s College London.
